The Monkey Paw is a very powerful yet dangerous cursed object in Phasmophobia. On regular contracts (excluding insanity and custom difficulties), the Monkey Paw has a 1 in 7 chance of spawning. Fortunately, it has a fixed spawn point on every map, meaning it’s simple to check whether it has appeared in your contract.

Bleasdale Farmhouse
Find Bleasdale’s Monkey Paw in the upstairs nursery room on the trunk beside the crib:
Brownstone High School
In the main entrance area of Brownstone High School, the Monkey Paw sits on a box in front of the column to the right.
Camp Woodwind
In Camp Woodwind, the Monkey Paw spawns on the wooden structure at the back of the map. It’s beside two marshmallow skewers.
Edgefield
Edgefield’s Monkey Paw spawn point is in the upstairs nursery on the changing table:
Grafton Farmhouse
For Grafton Farmhouse, you can find the Monkey Paw in the ground floor bedroom with two beds. The Paw is holding the axe on the table.
Maple Lodge Campsite
The Monkey Paw on Maple Lodge Campsite is very far from the start of the map. Walk over towards the lake, and you’ll find the Monkey Paw at the end of the pier atop the blue chair
Point Hope
The Monkey Paw is located on the 8th floor of the Point Hope lighthouse (the workshop), sitting on top of the workbench.
Prison
On the Prison map, you can easily find the Monkey Paw at the entrance, on the table just before the metal detector.
Ridgeview
Find the Monkey Paw on Ridgeview Court on the desk in the upstairs bedroom with green wallpaper.
Sunny Meadows / Sunny Meadows Restricted.
Sunny Meadows is super simple, as all the cursed possessions spawn in the chapel. The Monkey Paw can be found at the base of the cross.
The Monkey Paw has the same spawn in both the Sunny Meadows and Sunny Meadows Restricted maps.
Tanglewood
The Monkey Paw on Tanglewood Drive is inside the glass cabinet in the dining room.
Willow Street
On Willow Street, you can find the Monkey Paw inside the ground-floor hallway closet, between the bathroom and bedroom doors.
